ABA Therapy
At Fountain Autism Center, we use Applied behavior analysis. Applied behavior analysis(ABA) is a treatment modality that helps individuals overcome challenging behaviors and learn social skills. At Fountain Autism Center an ABA therapist will reinforce desired behaviors, and discourage unwanted behaviors.
Speech Therapy
Children with ASD have a hard time communicating due to neurological disorders that affect their social skills and language development. During therapy sessions, a speech therapist works with each child and helps the child improve communication using evidence-based methods that include but are not limited to picture communication systems, voice output, AAC devices, and oral motor therapy.
Occupation Therapy
The main goal of working with occupational therapist ( OT) is to improve the activity of daily living( ADLS), which may include activities such as eating, dressing, using the restroom, and grooming.
